These terms cover the opsflow.net.au website. If you are a customer using the OpsFlow platform, the Terms of Service govern that — and they prevail over these terms for anything to do with the platform.

You may view and use this website for information about OpsFlow. You must not:

4.4 Pricing shown on this site is current at the time of publication and may change. Pricing for existing customers is governed by clause 5.6 of the Terms of Service.

5. Forms and enquiries

If you submit an enquiry, demo request or contact form, we handle the information you provide in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will use it to respond to you and, where permitted, to send you information about OpsFlow. You can opt out of marketing at any time.

6. Links to other sites

We may link to third party websites for convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, or for their handling of your information.

7. Availability

We do not guarantee this website will always be available or error-free. We may change or withdraw any part of it without notice.

8. Liability

8.1 Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
